Acceptable Use Policy

The binding rules for acceptable use of the Flower Puss platform — covering eligibility, prohibited content, creator cooperation, content-review rights, payments, and enforcement.

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP” or “Policy”) sets out the binding rules for acceptable use of the Flower Puss® platform operated by Flower Puss® Pty Ltd (ABN 93 684 368 401) and its associated entities (collectively, “Flower Puss,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It is written to be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Content & Community Guidelines.

1. Purpose & Scope

Flower Puss is an Australian-incorporated adult lifestyle and creator-economy platform delivered as a Progressive Web App. This Policy is structured to support review by payment gateways, acquiring banks, and card-scheme brand-protection programs. Sections 5 (Creator Cooperation) and 7 (Content Review Rights) are the controls payment partners most frequently rely upon, and are drafted to be enforceable on their own terms.

1.1 Acceptance & Application

This Policy applies to every creator, consumer, visitor, vendor, affiliate, and member of personnel who accesses or uses the Flower Puss websites, applications, and related services (the “Services”). Accessing the Services, uploading content, or transacting constitutes acceptance of this Policy. Breach may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, withholding or recovery of payouts, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

2. Definitions

Creator

A verified adult who uploads, publishes, or monetises content on the Services.

Consumer

A verified adult who accesses, subscribes to, or purchases content or experiences.

Content

Any image, video, audio, livestream, text, or digital asset published on the Services.

KYC

Know-Your-Customer identity and age verification performed before onboarding or payout.

AML/CTF

Anti-Money-Laundering and Counter-Terrorism-Financing controls aligned to AUSTRAC and FATF.

Chargeback

A card-scheme dispute reversing a settled transaction at the cardholder's request.

NCII

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery — intimate content shared without documented, informed consent.

Acquirer

A bank or payment provider that processes card transactions on behalf of Flower Puss.

3. Eligibility, Age Verification & Acceptable Use

Age and identity assurance is the foundation of both content safety and payment integrity. The Services are strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older.

3.1 Eligibility & Verification (KYC)

  • Every creator and every transacting consumer is identity- and age-verified before onboarding or payout.

  • Verification is performed by accredited third-party providers using government-issued identification and, where required, biometric (selfie-with-ID) confirmation.

  • Verification status and audit records are retained as evidence of compliance; full payment card details are never stored by Flower Puss.

3.2 Acceptable Use Standards

Creators may publish adult-themed content provided it meets every standard below. All monetised content must sit behind an age-gated paywall.

  • Original — the creator owns it or holds documented legal permission to use it;

  • Lawful & tasteful — the work is sensual, artistic, or lifestyle-focused and tasteful within community and legal standards;

  • Consensual — every identifiable participant is an adult who has given explicit, documented consent;

  • Respectful — the content respects the dignity, privacy, and likeness rights of all individuals depicted.

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following categories are strictly prohibited. Their presence triggers immediate removal, account action, payout holds, and — where applicable — mandatory reporting to authorities. Prohibited content is never eligible for payment.

5. Creator Cooperation

Creator cooperation is a condition of access to the Services and a core control relied upon by our payment partners. By onboarding, every creator agrees to the obligations in this Section and acknowledges that timely cooperation is mandatory, not discretionary.

5.1 Identity, KYC & Beneficial Ownership

  • Creators must provide and keep current accurate identity, age, tax, and — where the account is held through an entity — beneficial-ownership information.

  • Creators agree to complete enhanced verification or re-verification when requested by Flower Puss or required by a payment partner, card scheme, or regulator.

  • Providing false, stolen, or borrowed identity information is grounds for immediate termination and may be reported to authorities

5.2 Information & Records Requests

  • Creators must, on request, produce documentary proof of age and consent (including signed model releases) for every identifiable participant in their content.

  • Creators must respond to compliance, fraud, chargeback, and law-enforcement information requests within the timeframes specified — and in any event within 5 business days unless a shorter period is required.

  • Creators must preserve relevant records and must not destroy, alter, or conceal material that is the subject of an investigation or dispute.

5.3 Investigation & Dispute Cooperation

  • Creators must cooperate fully and in good faith with internal investigations, chargeback representment, card-scheme inquiries, and regulatory or law-enforcement matters.

  • Creators authorise Flower Puss to share necessary creator and transaction information with acquirers, card schemes, regulators, and law enforcement to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

  • Creators must promptly action takedown, edit, or re-verification directions issued by the Trust, Safety & Compliance Division.

5.4 Warranties, Indemnity & Payout Holds

  • Creators warrant on an ongoing basis that their content and conduct comply with this Policy and all applicable laws.

  • Creators indemnify Flower Puss against losses, fines, and chargeback costs arising from their breach of this Policy or failure to cooperate.

  • Pending cooperation or resolution of an investigation, Flower Puss may place a hold on, withhold, or recover payouts associated with the content or account under review.

6. Payments, Chargebacks & Financial Integrity

Flower Puss maintains a risk-based financial-integrity program designed to prevent the Services from being used to launder funds, finance crime, or process fraudulent card transactions, aligned to AUSTRAC obligations, FATF recommendations, and card-scheme rules.

6.1 AML/CTF & Fraud Controls

  • All creators, vendors, and transacting consumers are subject to KYC and, where applicable, identification of beneficial owners.

  • Transactions are monitored for structuring, rapid movement of funds, and patterns indicative of laundering; suspicious activity is escalated and reported to AUSTRAC where thresholds or suspicion grounds are met.

  • Card-not-present transactions are screened in real time, with velocity limits, device fingerprinting, and Strong Customer Authentication (e.g. 3-D Secure) applied where supported.

  • Sanctions and politically-exposed-person screening is applied against recognised watchlists.

6.2 Transaction Transparency

  • Clear, recognisable billing descriptors are used, and pricing, subscription, and renewal terms are disclosed before purchase with accessible receipts.

  • Refund and dispute pathways are clearly published and honoured within agreed timeframes; paid content must be delivered as described, with no bait-and-switch.

6.3 Chargeback Management

  • Chargeback ratios are monitored against card-scheme thresholds and reported to acquirers.

  • Confirmed fraud or first-party misuse results in payout holds, account termination, and recovery of disbursed funds.

7. Content Review Rights

Flower Puss reserves broad rights to review, moderate, and act on content to keep the platform lawful, safe, and acceptable to its payment partners. These rights apply before and after publication and are exercisable at Flower Puss's sole discretion. Nothing in this Section obliges Flower Puss to pre-screen all content.

7.1 Right to Review & Monitor

  • Flower Puss may review, scan, screen, and monitor any content, account, or transaction at any time, using a hybrid of AI auto-flagging and human review.

  • AI moderation detects potential violations before publication, prompts creators to review or edit flagged posts, and supports consistent classification; uploaded media metadata is scanned for matches or violations.

7.2 Right to Remove, Edit or Restrict

  • Flower Puss may remove, disable, blur, age-gate, demonetise, or restrict access to any content that breaches this Policy or that a payment partner, card scheme, or regulator objects to.

  • Flower Puss may decline to publish, or may withdraw from sale, any content pending verification of age, consent, or rights clearance.

  • Content that cannot be substantiated by valid age and consent records is removed pending verification under Section 5.

7.3 Priority & Mandatory Review

  • Reports of NCII, suspected minors, or illegal activity are treated as the highest priority and actioned without delay.

  • Where required by law, confirmed illegal content is preserved and disclosed to the relevant authorities.

7.4 Payment-Driven Review

  • Flower Puss will review and, where necessary, remove or demonetise content at the request of an acquirer, card scheme, or brand-protection program.

  • Only content satisfying Sections 3 to 5 — lawful, consensual, age-verified, and rights-cleared — is eligible to be monetised.

  • Audit-ready records of review decisions are maintained and made available to payment partners on reasonable request.

8. Enforcement, Suspension & Termination

8.1 Enforcement Ladder

Tier
Action
Tier 3 — Severe / Illegal
Immediate permanent termination, fund recovery, and referral to law enforcement or AUSTRAC.
Tier 2 — Serious
Content removal, payout hold, and temporary account suspension pending review.
Tier 1 — Minor
Warning, mandatory edit, or temporary removal of the specific content.

Flower Puss maintains a risk-based financial-integrity program designed to prevent the Services from being used to launder funds, finance crime, or process fraudulent card transactions, aligned to AUSTRAC obligations, FATF recommendations, and card-scheme rules.

9. Reporting, Takedown & Dispute Resolution

  • Users may report prohibited content, harassment, NCII, or IP infringement through in-platform reporting tools and the compliance contacts in Section 10.

  • Flower Puss honours valid copyright and DMCA-style takedown notices and operates a documented notice-and-takedown process.

  • Affected parties may appeal enforcement decisions; appeals are reviewed by the Trust, Safety & Compliance Division.

  • Verification, consent, moderation, and financial-crime records are retained for the periods required by law and by payment-partner agreements.

10. Governance, Changes & Contact

This Policy is owned and maintained by the Flower Puss Trust, Safety & Compliance Division. It is reviewed at least annually and whenever there is a material change in regulation, card-scheme rules, or platform functionality. Continued use of the Services following publication of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.
