Content & Community Guidelines

The content standards that govern everything uploaded, published, sold, or transmitted on Flower Puss. Lawful, age-verified, consensual, and respectful — every time.

Flower Puss Pty Ltd operates a subscription-based adult content and sextech platform delivered through a Progressive Web App. This Master Content Policy establishes the binding standards that govern all content on the Services, ensuring it is lawful, age-verified, consensual, and compliant with the requirements of financial institutions, card schemes, and payment processors.

1. Purpose & Scope

This Policy applies to:

Creators — all individuals and entities who create, upload, or monetise content;
Consumers — all registered users who view, purchase, or interact with content;
AI Content — all AI-generated models and synthetic content published on the Platform; and
Vendors — third-party vendors, affiliates, and marketplace sellers operating through the Services.

2. Key Definitions

Content

Any image, video, audio, livestream, text, message, or AI-generated media published, sold, or transmitted via the Services.

Creator

A verified individual or entity authorised to upload and monetise Content on the Platform.

CSAM

Child sexual abuse material. Strictly and absolutely prohibited; reported to authorities without exception.

NCII

Non-consensual intimate imagery, including “revenge” content and any material shared without documented consent of all depicted persons.

KYC

Know Your Customer — identity and age verification applied to Creators and, where required, Consumers.

Consent Record

Documented, auditable proof that every person depicted in Content is 18+ and has consented to its creation and distribution.

3. Age & Identity Verification (18+)

Flower Puss enforces a strict 18+ requirement across the entire Platform. No person under the age of 18 may use the Services, appear in Content, or be depicted in any form, whether real or synthetic.

3.1 Creator verification (KYC)

Government-issued photographic identification is collected and validated before any Creator may publish or monetise Content.
Identity, age, and liveness checks are performed through specialised third-party verification providers (e.g. Sumsub, Civic).
Verification status and audit records are retained and available for review by financial partners and regulators on lawful request.

3.2 Verification of all depicted persons

Every individual appearing in Content must be a verified Creator or covered by a documented age-and-consent record held by the publishing Creator.
Content depicting unverified or unidentifiable persons is prohibited and will be removed.

3.3 Consumer age assurance

Account holders must confirm they are 18 years or older. Date-of-birth confirmation and, where legally required, age-assurance checks are applied at registration. Accounts found to misrepresent age are terminated. See our Age Verification & Restricted Content Policy.

4. Consent & Documentation

Documented, informed consent is a precondition for publication. The Platform treats consent as an auditable record, not an assumption.

Every person depicted in Content must have given explicit, informed, and documented consent to its creation and distribution.
Creators must retain and, on request, produce consent and age records for all depicted persons.
Consent may be withdrawn; upon a valid withdrawal request, affected Content is removed promptly.
Content that simulates non-consent must be unmistakably consensual, clearly fictional, and compliant with this Policy and applicable law

5. Permitted Content

subject to verification and consent requirements, Creators may publish Content that is:

Original — owned by the Creator or used with documented legal permission or licence.
Sensual, artistic, or lifestyle-focused, and tasteful adult-themed content within community and legal standards.
Respectful of all individuals depicted and of the wider community.
Paywalled or access-controlled where monetised, with transparent pricing and terms.

6. Prohibited Content — Zero Tolerance

The following categories are strictly prohibited. Publication or attempted publication may result in immediate removal, permanent account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement.

Prohibited Category	Description
Bestiality / Necrophilia / Extreme Harm	Any content involving animals, the deceased, or non-survivable acts, or that depicts serious physical harm.
Harassment or Abuse	Bullying, threats, doxxing, stalking, or targeted abuse of any individual.
Scams / Deceptive Promotions	False claims, fake giveaways, bait-and-switch offers, or misleading content for financial gain.
Deepfakes / Likeness Abuse	AI clones or synthetic depictions of real people without ownership of, or documented permission for, the likeness.
Copyright Infringement	Reposting music, video, or images the Creator does not own or licence; circumventing rights protections.
Hate Speech / Discrimination	Content targeting people on the basis of race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or nationality.
Illegal Substances / Activity	Depiction or promotion of drug use, violence, weapons, theft, trafficking, or other criminal conduct.
Non-Consensual Content (NCII)	Any intimate content involving a person who has not given explicit, documented consent, including “revenge” material and covert recordings.
Minors / CSAM	Any sexual depiction of, or content involving, a person under 18 — real, simulated, or AI-generated. Reported to authorities without exception.

7. AI-Generated & Synthetic Content

Flower Puss operates a hybrid ecosystem of human Creators and AI-generated models. All synthetic content is held to the same standards as human-created content, with additional safeguards:

AI-generated models must not depict, resemble, or be representable as minors under any circumstances.
Synthetic media must not impersonate or replicate the likeness of a real, identifiable person without documented rights or permission.
AI content must comply in full with the prohibited-content standards in Section 6 and with applicable law.
Where appropriate, AI-generated content is identified as such to maintain transparency with Consumers.

8. Content Moderation & Review

Flower Puss applies a layered moderation model combining automated detection with human review to identify and address violations before and after publication.

Pre-publication screening: AI moderation and auto-flagging detect potential violations prior to publication and prompt review or edits.
Human review: Trained reviewers assess flagged Content and act on reports, applying this Policy consistently.
Media scanning: Uploaded media metadata is screened for copyright matches and known prohibited material.
Classification: Content is tagged and categorised to support consistent enforcement and lawful age-gating.

9. Reporting, Takedown & Escalation

Any user may report content believed to violate this Policy through in-platform reporting tools or by contacting the Trust & Safety team.
Reports of CSAM, NCII, or imminent harm are prioritised for immediate removal and escalation.
Confirmed CSAM is preserved as legally required and reported to the relevant authorities and hotlines without exception.
Valid copyright complaints are actioned under a notice-and-takedown process, with repeat infringers removed from the Platform.
Affected parties may request removal of content depicting them; verified requests are actioned promptly.

10. Record Keeping & Retention

Creator identity, age-verification, and consent records are retained as compliance records for the periods required by law.
Moderation decisions, takedown actions, and escalations are logged and auditable.
Flower Puss does not store full payment card details; transaction and compliance-related financial records are retained as required.
Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary, with extended retention where legally mandated.

11. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations are addressed proportionately to their severity. Flower Puss reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions:

removal or restriction of offending Content;
warnings, feature restrictions, or temporary suspension of an account;
permanent termination of an account and forfeiture of associated balances where warranted;
withholding of payouts pending investigation of suspected fraud or illegality; and
referral to law enforcement and cooperation with lawful investigations.

12. Governance, Review & Contact

This Policy is owned by the Flower Puss Compliance and Trust & Safety function and approved by the Board of Flower Puss Pty Ltd. It is reviewed at least annually and upon any material change in law, regulation, or card-scheme or payment-partner requirements.
