CREATOR AGREEMENT (for PWA)
Eligibility:
Creators must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts.
Content Standards
Creators must:
Only upload content they own
Ensure all participants are consenting adults (18+)
Comply with Australian laws and platform guidelines
Prohibited Content
Non-consensual content
Minors or implied minors
Illegal or exploitative material
Payments
Revenue share structures (if applicable) will be defined separately.
Moderation
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products:
We do not accept returns for opened or used items (hygiene reasons)
Faulty products may be returned or replaced in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving goods for any issues
